The following chart shows average monthly rental cost for houses in major OC cities. The statistics were pulled for "average" homes from both closed leases and actively listed homes in 2013. The city of Laguna Beach has the highest average lease cost, followed by Corona del Mar, Newport Coast and Newport Beach. The cities of Dana Point and Coto de Caza also surpass the $3,000 per month average rental cost. The lowest cost leases appear to be in Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange, and Laguna Hills.
